Cancellation by you
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the fee in full if you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop date. For cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice we may offer a partial refund or transfer to another date, at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a workshop (for example due to illness or technical issues), we will offer you a full refund or a place on another date, at your choice.
Digital content
Our workshops are delivered live online. If you receive a recording or other digital content as part of your booking, we do not offer refunds for digital content once it has been made available to you.
How to request a refund
Contact us by email at response@kyxrelynthel.world or by phone using the number on our Contact page. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days.
